RESTAURANT PIROSCHKA

The restaurant of the Westfalenhaus Hotel offers Paraguayan, German and Russian specialities in a rustic setting. In fact, it is one of the only restaurants of Russian cuisine in the country. A good opportunity to taste for example borschtsch, a traditional soup of beetroot, onion, carrot, cabbage and meat with cream. The quality of the meat is renowned. The most popular local dish is the lomito de res al grill, a tender 350g one-piece beef steak served on a volcanic stone.
