RESTAURANT CHANTECLER
An essential part of the French gastronomy in Asunción! The Chantecler is located in the charming surroundings of the Moustier, where you can enjoy a pleasant digestive walk after the meal. The map offers traditional dishes that are lacking abroad: Lorraine quiche, onion soup, sole meunière, salmon to in, duck to orange, wine… Or the rabbit with mustard that has its followers! The cheese platter is well provided (pie, roquefort, Munster…) and accompanied by a very correct bread (which is not obvious to obtain with local humidity). In dessert, let yourself be tempted by an abundance, a chocolate flash, or a kirsch fruit salad. For euros, you can even offer a menu "Tasting", with its Norman hole please! The restaurant is intimate and elegant, without being too chic, and its «French-style» service is appreciated by Paraguayan people who feel transported to a good Hexagon table. A recommended culinary journey.
