Next to the port and Costanera, a building designed by Italian architect Alessandro Ravizza in 1858 as the home of Venancio López, son of President Carlos Antonio López. The building was converted into a hotel at the end of the 19th century. Old photos on the walls tell its story. This charmingly old-fashioned establishment offers good value for money, with spacious, clean rooms with balconies, though not very well soundproofed. A warm welcome awaits you. For a view over the bay, don't hesitate to climb up to the roof terrace.
