A small restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine, with just a few tables and a rustic setting. The Spanish chef, Manuel Fernández, has worked all over the world and makes delicious paellas valencianas, octopus a la gallega, tortillas, risottos or lasagne, as well as a few Mexican dishes, meats and fish a la parrilla. Prices are higher than in other restaurants in the village, but the quality is top-notch and portions are generous. Accompanied by a good sangria or seasonal fruit juice.

A very fine cuisine in a lovely garden decorated with green plants. Opportunity to combine Paraguayan flavours with Mediterranean dishes (paëllas, arroces).
