LA GALOTIÈRE
The family estate of La Galotière is a real postcard of the Pays d'Auge with its 17th century half-timbered buildings. Tradition and nature have always been respected from father to son. The farm is divided between two productions: a dairy production of Norman cows used to make AOC cheeses (camembert, livarot and pont-l'évêque, from the Graindorge cheese dairy); the other is the production of fruit that produces apple juice, cider, pommeau, perry and calvados. It is with passion that these ancestral varieties are transformed. In addition to the excellent AOC products, there is also apple juice and organic farm cider, as all these products come from organically grown fruits.
