This traditional festival takes place every year on Saturdays and Sundays around January 26th. Gastronomic specialities are presented here, as well as folk music and regional dances. The batiburrillo is typical of Misiones, it is a stew of beef, goat or sheep offal, while the siriki is a drink made from caña blanca, lemon, soda water and looted ice. Finally, the chorizo de San Juan is a tasty sausage, cooked on embers.
