This small, five-room hotel overlooks the square. Two colonial-style houses, with a garden to the rear. The whole is comfortable and well-kept, with pleasant communal areas and a library specializing in the Jesuit missions. The owner, Marguaret Hebblethwaite, is an English journalist who is very involved in educational projects through her foundation, the Santa María Education Fund. Marguaret is also the author of the first English-language travel guide to the country, published by Bradt. An excellent address.
