This centrally located restaurant with just a few tables is by far the best address in San Ignacio. Beautifully decorated with paintings by Macarena Ruiz, daughter of the famous local artist Koki Ruiz, and refined international and regional cuisine. For starters, try the local specialty, chastaca (dried beef with vegetables and fried manioc), before moving on to cordero con papas (lamb with potatoes). Prices are reasonable for this fine restaurant, so don't deprive yourself!
