The Historical Museum is located in a well restored colonial colonnaded house that served as headquarters for Mariscal López. Maps, paintings and various objects found on the battlefield of Curupaytý by the inhabitants over the years are exhibited: cannonballs, swords, coins, stirrups... Professor Vicenta Miranda, in charge of the museum, is a mine of historical information, and her house is also a real museum. The De Candia family, next to Casa Pilo, also has a small museum in their house.
