CATEDRAL SAN BLAS
The Cathedral of San Blas (St. Blaise, St. Patron Saint of the city) attracts attention for its boat-shaped architecture. Built with local stones and inaugurated in 1970, the church is the work of Bolivian architect Javier Quererazu. Inside you can admire a Christ carved in lapacho wood, donated by the artist Hermann Guggiari, and the circular stained-glass windows, including the one depicting San Blas, behind the altar, designed by the famous Carlos Colombino. Inside, you will be greeted by the song of the birds!
