MUSEO EL MENSÚ
A history museum, whose main interest is the house that houses it. It was the first construction of the city, at the time covered by the jungle. A wooden house, prefabricated, without a single nail, brought from Encarnación in 1957. Originally the seat of the district and the town hall, it was converted into the Museum of the History of Ciudad del Este in 2000. Recently restored, the museum displays photos and objects used in the early years of the city, some relics of the Chaco War, and indigenous crafts from the region.
