Every Friday afternoon, Dompierre hosts the high mass of good eating. Edwige and Jean-Sébastien's sourdough bread is well known in the region. Baked in a wood-fired oven and made from wheat grown on the farm, their bread graces the tables of gourmets. Stone-ground flours, pasta and organic rapeseed oil are also available for direct sale every Friday.
