The propeller plane (26 seats) of the Servicio de Transporte Aero Militar is the fastest way to reach the Pantanal. It serves Concepción, Vallemí, Fuerte Olímpo and Bahía Negra, with a 15-30 minute stop at each stopover. Flight on Wednesday morning (or more if the road is cut off). Maximum 10 kg of hold baggage, plus 2 kg of hand baggage. For the return trip, plan B in case the plane cannot arrive or depart because of rain. Book at least 2 weeks in advance and buy your ticket at the military airport to guarantee the reservation.
