This osteria is one of the oldest cantinas in Frascati, if not the oldest. You'll find good white wine from the region here: on entering, you'll be asked whether you'd like to drink a liter or a half-liter. While it used to be possible to bring your own bread and cold meats to enjoy with your glass, the house now offers boards of cheese, ham and other small hot or cold dishes ( fagotto) . All of which can be enjoyed with a glass of the fine amber wine for which Frascati is famous.

Inizio così, come una bella storia, si perché qui non si tratta solo di fermasi a mangiare, ma da Remigio si vive un esperienza di vita oltre che culinaria, e un piacere ascoltare i racconti che propone di come il suo locale è nato e come sta portando avanti questo modo di fare cucina. Dimenticavo naturalmente c’è anche il cibo selezionato curato a km 0 di prima qualità annaffiato da un vino speciale prodotto da lui. Per il resto non voglio raccontarvi più nulla perché voglio che viviate a pieno la bella esperienza che ho vissuto e non voglio togliere nulla alla vostra. A presto Remigio. E ancora complimenti. Se volete fare un'esperienza, dovete venire assolutamente qui. Locale piccolo ma delizioso. Proprietario simpatico e appassionato. Cibo buono. Non è la solita osteria. Torneremo sicuramente!!
