This osteria is one of the oldest cantinas in Frascati, if not the oldest. You'll find good white wine from the region here: on entering, you'll be asked whether you'd like to drink a liter or a half-liter. While it used to be possible to bring your own bread and cold meats to enjoy with your glass, the house now offers boards of cheese, ham and other small hot or cold dishes ( fagotto) . All of which can be enjoyed with a glass of the fine amber wine for which Frascati is famous.

Remigio vi accoglie rendendovi parte di un'esperienza unica, fatta di tradizione, di prodotti tipici, di passione. Abbiamo gustato una cena squisita, denominata "il fagotto", un'idea davvero unica e vincente. Se cercate cordialità, simpatia, tradizione e buon cibo fermatevi qui!

Ottimo cibo vino pregiato della vitivinicola de Sanctis,.. Remigio il capo è una persona cordiale, gentile e disponibile se volete mangiare e bere bene non dovete perdervi questo stupendo posto al centro di Frascati

Bella serata in fraschetta. Dalle ore 18 presentazione di un libro, molto interessante; dalle ore 20 in poi degustazione del famoso "fagotto". Un misto di salumi, porchetta d'Ariccia, caponata e formaggi: tutti di eccellente qualità. Il tutto annaffiato da un ottimo Frascati bianco biologico. Le fraschette si sono rinnovate, ma vi si respira sempre un'atmosfera rilassata e piacevole, come ai vecchi tempi. Eccezionale.
