A traditional regional trattoria, where local specialities are served, with all the decor that goes with it: checkered tablecloths, wooden chairs, retro frames hanging on the walls. On the menu fettuccine with artichokes and bacon, beef tagliata with balsamic vinegar and a small salad. The homemade antipasto is a show of hot and cold appetizers to taste, the pasta is homemade, the portions are hearty and the prices very fair. Go there on Sundays to meet the locals around their weekly family lunch. A sure thing!

Siamo andati con dei colleghi di università (circa 30), in questo ristorante, arrivando per giunta 45 minuti in ritardo, e abbiamo incontrato una cordialità pazzesca e una famigliarità che ci ha sicuramente scaldato il cuore e ci ha fatto sicuramente iniziare al meglio la nostra visita laziale. Ci hanno accolto una valanga di antipasti squisiti che non terminavano più (cosa che dico nel senso più positivo possibile), vino a volontà e abbondantissimi porzioni dei tre primi iconici della cucina laziale: Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara e Amatriciana. Devo dire che la carbonare era abbastanza mediocre ahimè, ma la amatriciana e la cacio e pepe favolose. Anche i dolci niente male. Per come, quanto e cosa abbiamo mangiato il prezzo (30 euro a persona, POS o contanti) è assolutamente adeguato.
Davvero una bella serata, e soprattutto noi che ne veniamo da Genova ci ha fatto davvero un piacevolissimo effetto il calore con cui siamo stati accolti e serviti nonostante il nostro grande ritardo. Ancora complimenti e sicuramente vedremo di tornarci.
