A traditional regional trattoria, where local specialities are served, with all the decor that goes with it: checkered tablecloths, wooden chairs, retro frames hanging on the walls. On the menu fettuccine with artichokes and bacon, beef tagliata with balsamic vinegar and a small salad. The homemade antipasto is a show of hot and cold appetizers to taste, the pasta is homemade, the portions are hearty and the prices very fair. Go there on Sundays to meet the locals around their weekly family lunch. A sure thing!

Esperienza molto negativa in questa struttura a Frascati: ci siamo seduti in due alle 13:15 con locale semivuoto ma subito la prima sorpresa: alcuni piatti indicati nella carta non erano disponibili.
Abbiamo dunque ripiegato sulla classica "cacio e pepe" ma alle 14:45, dopo un'ora e mezza di attesa e due cestini di pane, siamo andati via senza averla mai vista.
Peccato, perché l'ambiente era accogliente e ci eravamo seduti con la certezza di vivere un'esperienza "food" da trattoria tipica, ma la gestione del locale è assolutamente inadeguata.
The cacio e pepe? Never seen.
Very negative experience in this establishment in Frascati: two of us sat down at 1.15pm with a half-empty place but immediately the first surprise: some dishes indicated on the menu were not available.
We therefore fell back on the classic "cacio e pepe" but at 2.45pm, after an hour and a half of waiting and two baskets of bread, we left without ever having seen it.
It's a shame, because the environment was welcoming and we sat down with the certainty of having a typical trattoria "food" experience, but the management of the place is absolutely inadequate.

Experiencia muy negativa en este establecimiento de Frascati: dos de nosotros nos sentamos a las 13.15 con el sitio medio vacío pero enseguida la primera sorpresa: algunos platos indicados en la carta no estaban disponibles.
Así que recurrimos al clásico "cacio e pepe", pero a las 14.45, después de una hora y media de espera y dos cestas de pan, nos fuimos sin haberlo visto.
Es una pena, porque el ambiente era acogedor y nos sentamos con la certeza de vivir una experiencia de "comida" típica de una trattoria, pero la gestión del lugar es absolutamente inadecuada.
