Siamo stati benissimo. Camere pulitissime e ben arredate. Comode e spaziose. Posizione centrale. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e molto disponibile ad incontrare le nostre esigenze.

This is the best hotel in Siena. It is a mini hotel with a parking and a pool. It has nice breakfast and nice rooms. Everything is clean and nice. It is a little bit away from centre, but when you left the hotel, there is a bus station. Recepcion is good, kind and know to english very good. All in one of the best hotels i ve ever been. Bye!

The rooms are quite old (my shower door almost falling) and the heating couldn't be turn on when you want. The breakfast was horrible. At least the people and the coffee was nice.

Since the recent price increase this hotel has an issue with the price/quality ratio. The rooms are getting old. Breakfast is of mediocre quality.

La posizione dell’Hotel è centralissima, comoda sia per le esigenze di lavoro e sia per poter visitare e conoscere le bellezze della città . L’ambiente è accogliente e vi è cura del cliente. Il personale è fantastico: gentile e sempre a disposizione. Professionale! La pulizia è ottima ( certosina), il letto comodissimo e le camere sono insonorizzare bene , senza dover rinunciare al confort. Mi è piaciuta la cura con cui si sceglie l’acqua minerale, una vera sorpresa ❤️. Una nota lodevole del soggiorno è Gianfranco, il titolare. È un vero personaggio, simpatico e accogliente: esprime in pieno la cultura del territorio!????Lui e’ capace di rendere il soggiorno : efficiente e simpaticissimo. Il punto di forza della struttura e’ nel rapporto con il territorio : capace di rendere il servizio personalizzato per le esigenze più complesse . Io mi sono trovata davvero bene!
