An institution in Frascati, this family pastry shop is best known for its pupazze, a three-breasted "dolls". This traditional cake is a crunchy biscuit made of flour and honey in the shape of a 3-breasted doll that recalls a popular legend: Frascati's nannies would have given the children not only milk but also wine! You will also find, of course, all the typical Italian pastries such as crostata di visciole (a tasty cherry pie) or sweet ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and jam.
