Personál bol veľmi milý, hlavne recepčné, ktoré nám ochotne vymenili izbu za lepšiu s veľkou terasou bez navýšenia ceny.
K hotelu prináležal wellness s vnútorným bazénikom a vonkajším veľkým bazénom, kam sa dalo preplávať. Sauna sa prenajímala za príplatok.
