HASAN PAŞA HANI
Built between 1572 and 1575 at the request of Hasan Paşa, son of the provincial governor Mehmet Paşa, the han was recently restored. The Hasan Paşa Hanı is certainly a must see. Today used as a place for strolling, with its cafes and souvenir stores. Come early to enjoy the quiet over a local breakfast and Kurdish coffee(menengiç). Alternatively, upstairs enjoy baklava and kadayıf, local pastries with a legendary taste, and check out the atmosphere of the courtyard as well as the central fountain with 6 columns.
