Here, Rémy and Nathalie - hence the name RN - make their own dough and knead it by hand. The result is a thin, crispy dough, topped with fresh ingredients. The menu offers about 20 choices, from the traditional pizza to the most original, such as the Hawaiian and Andalusian or the Roquette. Cheese lovers will undoubtedly set their sights on the Big Fromages, combining different varieties. The two artisans, who come from Haute-Savoie, first set up shop in the region in a lorry and then in this friendly kiosk.
