Excellente vacances
Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le mobilhome était grand propre. Les équipements étaient top (piscine peut être légèrement petite mais rien de grave). On a hâte de revenir l’année prochaine et pour une semaine de plus.

Recovery from a disappointing start
Massively disappointing that our booking was messed up after 2 years away, and that it took 3.5 days before Nikki Martin-Barnett could acknowledge that it had not been our fault, but due to Siblu system and staff not checking on rebooking all the previous details. We really appreciate her gesture of paying for use of the Laundry and a family dinner to make up for what we'd lost out on. The pool complex was great as ever, and the staff were all super-helpful. The only other improvement needed is a better balance in the bi-lingual ability of the staff at the Kids Clubs: our kids did not want to go due to the lack of decent English being spoken. Everything else about the site, staff, pools and restaurant all remain great, and we will still consider coming back again.

Returning after a few years
We came back to Bonne Anse after a few years break. Overall it’s a good site, but the bar outside area looked very tired and needed a upgrade. We found this year that drinks at the bar were very expensive for a drink(6.50) for a large beer….they need to do something about the linen and pillows just upgrade them….also the WiFi coverage was shocking…
