In Brunstatt, on the edge of the Burn Cross chapel, a small company is hiding in a bucolic setting, which has been a small business for three generations. It selects its fario or rainbow trout, brook trout (salmon), smoked trout filets, terrine, trout rillets or trout quiches. The producer offers his fish every Tuesday from 6:30 p. m. to 7:30 p. m. in the cultural center of Riedisheim, with many other local producers in the Rhénamap network.
