MIHKLI AGRICULTURAL MUSEUM
Museum created on February 5, 1959, next to the village of Viki, recreating the activities of a farm.
This is one of the oldest farms in the village of Viki, dating back to the second quarter of the 18th century. This museum attempts to recreate the activities of a 19th-century farmhouse. All the elements were built by the farm's inhabitants over 200 years, over some six generations. The museum was established on February 5, 1959, when the farm's last owner handed over all the buildings and everyday items to the Saaremaa Museum. Continuing to reside on site until 1987, he became the first employee of this open-air museum.
