Museums housed in the former church rectory in Otepää: the Estonian Flag Museum and the Ski Museum.
The church's former presbytery houses two museums, including the Flag Museum, which traces the history and origins of the Estonian flag. It still exists and is occasionally displayed on Tallinn's town hall. Here you can learn about the origins of the flag's color combination (black, white and blue), how it was adopted as the national flag in 1922, how it survived communism and its return to independence.
