An excellent position for this charming hotel, 50 m from the beach of Citara, well served by public transport. The hotel has a beautiful exotic garden and a thermal water pool at 33/36°C. The staff is friendly and the family management is definitely one of its strong points. All rooms have a terrace or balcony, some with a view of the bay. They are bright, comfortable and carefully decorated. A simple style that perfectly suits the needs of travellers. A real little oasis of peace.

Once I left few grapefruit grains at breakfast and they didn’t allow me to take them with me. Another time they complained for having asked for a glass of water to be on my water bottle saying that the water is for there only.
Externals are allowed to daily enter park and swimming pools making the atmosphere really crowded and noisy.

Lei è la conferma che, anche se non c’è risoluzione concreta del problema (nel nostro caso vi è stato con tanto di apprezzamento), l’empatia e il reale desiderio a voler soddisfare l’ospite è sufficiente a creare un’esperienza positiva. L’attitudine non si può insegnare ,ma di certo di può migliorare,cosa che invece consiglierei alle due receptionist.
