Acquapazza is a traditional Campanian way of cooking fish. The fish is poached in a court-bouillon flavoured with olive oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes and parsley, which preserves the tenderness of the flesh. In this restaurant in the centre of Cetara, you can taste the catch of the day all'acquapazza, but also other seafood specialities and in particular the colatura di alici which is prepared directly by the establishment. A pleasant setting under the colourful arcades along the street that leads to the sea.
