Deliziosa anche la caprese con cuore di cioccolata bollente. Spazio ampio e ben riscaldato anche nella zona all'aperto (era una giornata umida e piovosa). Avevo letto molto sulla cucina di Franco Tammaro e posso confermare: è un'esperienza che consiglio assolutamente.
