The Winter Festa Major is an important moment in the social life of Salou. There are many activities on the program. It is crowded!
Usually celebrated on the first weekend of February, the Winter Festa Major brings together all the inhabitants of Salou around concerts, street parades, meeting of the Giants (huge paper mache giants activated by men), sports activities, tastings ... The main event is the Coso Blanco: a parade of floats, each municipality has redoubled its inventiveness in decorating their carriage, celebrated with music and confetti. Attention, there is a crowd! An important moment for Salou and its region!
