Giorgio, the voluble and talented chef at CasoinN, left his native Veneto a long time ago, but he regularly crosses the border to Italy to stock up on good local vegetables and condiments, which he then adapts into authentic and colourful dishes. On the menu, mainly pasta, but also a nice assortment ofantipasti to start the meal. You are only a few steps from the museum. Ideal for getting your strength back after the visit.
