Il se trouve que certains restaurateurs dont je fais partie, ont été obligé de s'adapter à certaines contraintes, (pénurie de personnel, fréquentation plus aléatoire de la clientèle....)
Pour ma part, je ne travaille donc plus que sur réservation, comme cela est bien indiqué à l'entrée de mon établissement. Ma clientèle le comprend parfaitement, d'autres clients "de passage" parfois beaucoup moins !
