For more than thirty years, the Retoux family has been working to produce quality foie gras. Everything is made in a handcrafted fashion. You have the choice between the whole fatty liver in canned or semi-preserved natural liver, the fatty liver in the torch, the fatty liver… Also rillings, blocks, and candies. Farm products are offered at the markets of Bagnoles-de-l’Orne, Ferté-Macé, and Domfront.
