CANTINA RÍO COVES
Once a tobacco shop, canteen and salt warehouse, this family business, run by Immacula and her daughter Blanca, is now a bar-restaurant where it is good to eat. The former salt warehouse has been transformed into a dining room, decorated with old objects and beautiful paintings, offering an intimate setting for dinners. The terrace is peaceful, on the banks of the River Coves. A la carte? Old recipes revisited. Like the costrada, a medieval dish whose recipe was brought back from Italy 300 years ago by monks of the Order of Saint Augustine.
