DUSHANBE TEA HOUSE
Entirely built by hand, this tea room, or more precisely this tea house, was built in Dushanbe, the twin town of Boulder in Tajikistan. Offered as a friendship by Dushanbe, the house was dismantled, packed and crossed in a part of the world to come and take its neighborhoods in Colorado. Today, it is a very popular place of premises to come to drink tea or eat and embodies cultural diversity and international friendship. It's often crowded, so plan to go early if you want to sit down, but don't miss this incredible building whose interior, with its moldings, paintings and infinite details, beautifully reflects the finesse of Asian art.
