Who said that a pizza couldn't stand alongside the preparations of the greatest chefs? Fabián, several times world champion pizza chef, demonstrates here that the transalpine patty can be elevated to the rank of a gastronomic speciality in its own right! In an elegant and unpretentious service room, you can be guided by the friendly pizza master, who also makes some very good pasta and salad dishes as well as famous tartars.
