CATEDRAL DE SOLSONA
The Romano-Gothic building was built between the th and th centuries. A beautiful bell overcome the whole. The main façade of neoclassical style has an impressive door (from Sant Agustí), the façade overlooking Plaça de Palau is baroque. The Gothic interior consists of a single nave with three apses. It should not be missed: the baroque altarpiece of the Mare de Deù de la Mercè (1753) and the chapel of the Mare de De del Claustre, patron of the town, in neo-classical style, consisting of a poster and the Virgin of the Cloister, pretty Romanesque sculpture. The altars of side chapels are also remarkable. The Romanesque cloister was replaced by a neoclassical cloister.
