Opened in 2013, this microbrewery has reinvigorated Red Wing, which hasn't had a brewery since 1951. Each week, the small brewery produces the equivalent of six kegs of beer. Six local beers are brewed, to be tasted on draught. The bar is fairly new, but made of varnished wood. More recently, the house has also been making pizzas and salads (well, rather a salad, to be precise). So it's a great place to grab a bite to eat, and why not try a root beer if you don't want to drink alcohol.
