Wisconsin hosts the largest cross-country marathon in the country! This Nordic ski touring competition is a way of paying tribute to the Scandinavian heritage of the state. The greatest athletes in the discipline participated. About ten thousand skiers take part every year, and the least we can say is that it's sporting... There are several circuits, ranging from 23 km to 55 km. The exercise is made even more difficult by the many climbs. You can forget about the freezing temperatures of the Wisconsinian winter...
