You'll enjoy an exceptional panorama, alone in the middle of the mountains, and a hearty plate of Valle d'Aosta specialities. Enjoy a polenta or risotto on the delightful terrace, intoxicated by the fragrance of the surrounding pine trees and carried away by the sound of the Savara torrent flowing below.
