Here is a charming little bistro where you will meet connoisseurs rather than tourists. We go down a few steps to reach the vaulted room; on the walls, copper pots and pans and photos of the lake at the beginning of the century. But the real soul of the Vicolo is indeed her: Lilli. When she's not at the stove, she turns between the tables to chat with the customers and ask if the fish is well grilled, or if the local wine is to your taste. Touristenfalle. Auch wenn ich nicht in allen Restaurants ins Gargnano gegessen habe glaube ich fest, dass das hier das schlechteste ist. Die Portionen und die Qualität rechtfertigen nicht die hohen Preise. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und kompetent und auch das Ambiente hat Charme. Nur der Abzug von der Küche nebenan und der Geruch aus dem Gulli sind sehr unschön wenn man draußen sitzt.
In Deutschland würde es als guter Italiener durchgehen, aber von Italien findet man leicht was besseres.

Super süßes Restaurant in einer Seitengasse, tolle Deko, Gerichte geschmacklich perfekt und va der Service wahnsinnig nett - reiner Frauenbetrieb, geführt von vier sehr charmanten Damen - lieben wir !! :)

Wir sind so enttäuscht von unseren heutigen Abendessen!
Überteuert, lange Wartezeiten, unseriöse Rechnung (irgendwelche Zahlen auf dem Zettel)
Nudeln mit Öl und Parmesan für Kinder- 12€.
Uns fehlen die Worte.

Die Portionen sind klein, für mich am Abend ausreichend, für meinen Mann allerdings nicht. Daher ist der Preis dann schon heftig - aber das ist am Gardasee überall so.
Meine Garganelli con ragù d'antra (Entenragout) war sehr lecker und der Wolfsbarsch hat meinem Mann auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Dazu 2 Flaschen Wasser, 1 Glas Weißwein und 1|2 l Rotwein für 55€.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
