FERME HELL
For four generations, the Hell family has run the Tilleul farm. Part of the GAEC's milk production is transformed into ice creams, sorbets and yoghurts sold directly from the farm, at markets and in local shops. Romain, his sister Nathalie and his wife Béatrice are proud of their products, which contain no preservatives, colorants or other synthetic products. The sorbets are made using fresh seasonal produce from the orchard or other local producers. And as the food chain is essential for good-quality milk, the cereals are also produced on site (wheat, barley, oats, grain) as well as the hay and straw needed to feed the cattle.
The Aldi dog is a good companion, helping to guide the animals from the meadow to the barn for daily milking - in short, a farm with a human face! An excellent address that combines tradition, quality and affordable prices. And don't miss out on the famous Yule log!
