Michelin-starred restaurant serving refined, inventive cuisine using quality local produce.

Between Domfront and Flers, this Michelin-starred restaurant - housed in the former canteen of the mining town of La Ferrière - serves elaborate cuisine. The decor pays homage to natural materials (wood, glass), creating a hushed atmosphere. On the plate, chef Hubert Nobis creates inventive dishes based on a harmony of flavors and local produce, such as his signature dish: pomme de ris de veau piquée à l'andouille de Vire. The 7-course tasting menu, no less, allows the chef to showcase the full extent of his talent.

Sous un ciel étoilé ce samedi 16 Décembre 2023, nous avons trouvé une belle étoile en cette Auberge de la Mine.
Dressage parfait, avec des produits de qualité.
1h de route que nous avons vite oublié

La cuisine est très bonne. Bravo au chef et aux personnes travaillant derrière pour leur audace a mélanger les saveurs et faire un dressage très classe. Le service sait se faire discret tout en étant très réactif et disponible. Vous méritez tous 5 étoiles ????.
