Between Domfront and Flers, this Michelin-starred restaurant - housed in the former canteen of the mining town of La Ferrière - serves elaborate cuisine. The decor pays homage to natural materials (wood, glass), creating a hushed atmosphere. On the plate, chef Hubert Nobis creates inventive dishes based on a harmony of flavors and local produce, such as his signature dish: pomme de ris de veau piquée à l'andouille de Vire. The 7-course tasting menu, no less, allows the chef to showcase the full extent of his talent.

We were lucky as two french ladies were there and they helped with the communication with the waiters
