Between Domfront and Flers, this Michelin-starred restaurant - housed in the former canteen of the mining town of La Ferrière - serves elaborate cuisine. The decor pays homage to natural materials (wood, glass), creating a hushed atmosphere. On the plate, chef Hubert Nobis creates inventive dishes based on a harmony of flavors and local produce, such as his signature dish: pomme de ris de veau piquée à l'andouille de Vire. The 7-course tasting menu, no less, allows the chef to showcase the full extent of his talent.

Nous avons découvert ce superbe restaurant isolé certes mais je vous recommande vivement de faire le détour ! Cuisine raffiné et excellente, accueil agréable, ambiance simple, décor élégant et un excellent rapport qualité prix! Son ???? Michelin est amplement méritée. N'hésitez surtout pas et faites une halte chez cet excellent restaurateur passionné par son métier ! Bravo aux patrons et au serveur.
