This establishment is a real favorite with Middelburg locals, and it's easy to see why! De Drvkkery (the printing works) is a brasserie housed in the kind of bookshop and stationer's shop you don't see too often these days! We come here to chat after buying the latest novel or record. The menu features local produce and changes with the seasons, while the three-course menu (available vegetarian) changes weekly. Everything is homemade and incomparably fresh.
