For almost ten years, this address has delighted all Middelburg gourmets, whether sweet or savory. A former teacher, Else is passionate about cooking and has created De Juf (the mistress), a place in her image: dynamic and warm. She offers a varied cuisine based on local and organic produce wherever possible. The menu includes breakfasts, sandwiches, pastries and ice creams. Since spring 2023, De Juf has had a beautiful terrace between the espalier trees in the Damplein kiosk.
