CAFÉ LE FIGARO
The main attraction of this café-restaurant is its 100-seat terrace, which is extremely pleasant in summer along the Waal river and facing the Pannenkoekenboot. As for the cuisine, even if it's not unforgettable, it's still very good. The address owes its name to the French newspaper and character Beaumarchais. Culture (including journalism) is therefore at the forefront here. The menu takes its cue from the aesthetics of a newspaper, and features sandwiches made from a variety of ingredients, including excellent avocado breads. A dish of the day is also available.
