Opened in 2009 by Marc and Michaela Vérité, this restaurant was the dream of two lovers of French cuisine, having studied in our best establishments. It is a little off-centre, a stone's throw from Birkdale station, but definitely worth a visit. The decoration is rustic and goes well with a warm and authentic atmosphere. On the menu, you can find camembert cooked with caramelized apples and pistachios, deer in sauce and smoked salmon with vegetables.

Super ce resto à Southport. J'ai particulièrement apprécié leur cuisine. Tellement délicieuse. Décor au top. Bien soigné.
