A former coaching inn dating from 1618, located near the castle, the establishment, known as the Dauphin, recently changed owners, passing under the Brit’Hôtel umbrella. But fans of the restaurant can rest assured: the multi-prize-winning table remains one of the best gastronomic venues in the city.
